Terms and Conditions of Sale of AlwitusElectric.com
1. General Terms and Conditions
Each order implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale outlined below, which apply to all transactions on this website. Any special conditions or agreements must be formally approved in writing by Alwitus Electric to take precedence over these terms.
2. Order Acceptance
Orders are subject to approval by Alwitus Electric, including financial department authorization. You may place orders through the following channels:

- Mail: Alwitus Electric, Bahçeşehir 2 Kısım, Mercedes Blvd No: 24, Baj, Istanbul, Turkey.
3. Prices and Transportation
- Prices are displayed in EURO and USD and exclude taxes. For orders within Turkey, VAT is automatically calculated.
- Transportation costs are excluded and calculated based on the chosen delivery method.
- For international deliveries, customs fees are borne by the buyer, as shipments are handled on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.
4. Returns
a) Online Orders
If you wish to return a product within 14 days of receipt, please contact us via email for a return authorization. The steps are as follows:
- Email [email protected] with your order number.
- Complete the provided online returns form.
- Print and include the return authorization with your package.
- Return items to:

Note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
b) Account Customer Orders
Returns are accepted within 3 months of the invoice date, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A restocking fee of 30%-50% may apply for return operations. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times are approximate and will be confirmed after order acceptance. Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or damage claims.
6. Warranty
Alwitus Electric guarantees products in accordance with manufacturers' warranties.
7. Claims and Liability
Claims related to quantity or damage (excluding transportation loss) must be submitted within 5 days of receipt via registered mail to Alwitus Electric. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products.
8. Payment and Security
Payments are securely processed via credit card through our bank’s servers. Alwitus Electric does not store or access payment information.
9. Retention of Title
Ownership of goods transfers to the buyer only upon full payment. Alwitus Electric retains the right to refuse delivery for unpaid debts. Late payments may incur a 40 EUR (excluding VAT) charge.
10. Governing Law and Arbitration
All disputes are governed by Turkish law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Asliye. The Vienna Convention on International Sale of Goods is explicitly excluded.
